All ropes are not created equal. The quality in cordage varies tremendously, particularly with hi-tech ropes. They differ in a few ways. The quality of fibers used, the percentage of good fibers actually put into line and expertise assembling the line. Although it is tempting to use some of cheaper lines in order to be competitive with our pricing, we have elected not to do so. It is our philosophy to provide the best quality product for each particular function at the best price. In order to supply a top quality product, we use the best materials available in the USA.
